Aeronautic

Aeronautic is a 110 lot medium density subdivision design, including individual house designs, prepared as though for Resource Consent. The purpose of the project was to prove a realistic best-use case to support valuation for compensation under a compulsory purchase order. It is notable for a number of reasons:

• It is the first real-world application of the Typology Design tool for use in larger subdivisions
• Around 80% of the houses designed were unique designs
• The scheme, including houses, was completed to Resource consent application level
• The design proved full consent compliance
• The project was completed in a record-breaking 60 man-hours
