The Lots Co project has evolved into a tech company that has solved the problems of medium-density multi-unit development at small lot sizes. Traditional development processes can manage risk and expenditure over time through being able to shuffle and adapt as their business model gains resolution. That doesn’t work at small scales. But the Lots Co toolset does, which means that finally we can consider proper brownfield redevelopment of residential areas.
