Typology Design

There’s something of a mantra in urban design that to design the lot plan for a medium density subdivision you need to have designed all the houses first. Only then can you draw the lot boundaries around the house. That’s more than a hard-ask when it’s a 3,000 lot subdivision. Typology Design takes a completely different approach to the traditional design process. It can generate (theoretically) an infinite number of different house designs for very little input after the base model has been constructed.
