We include ‘Studio’ in our name because, for designers, studio is where it all happens. It’s the white-hot creative centre of collaborative practice. Studio is fed by research, and in turn, in the teaching and learning, gives rise to more research, synthesis, and the practical application of new knowledge. This is the Laboratory – our alchemical heart and mind.
